8-K published adding Dr. Kelly and Dr. Welch into a consulting agreement at $20,000 per month plus potential stock options. I didn’t read all the details, but it is paid in arrears and sounded like only paid as earned. I would think they have some big involvement in the near future moving us closer to commercialization and revenues.
