The reason I mention congress and patent reform is not to focus on lawsuits as they have their own course to run. Patent reform is product validity, without it a business like SF has little to no credibility regardless of who is "in charge". Patents are leverage and power to attain new business and grow, which has obviously been lacking in the years gone by. Financials presently don't show significant growth. When you're the only player in town licenced to use what you develop you become Key to the industry. When SF developed Keystroke Encryption and OOBA it's my understanding they were ahead of their time and no one was interested. Times changed and the companies who had the money grew their businesses with our technology, growing with the industry and over shadowing our much smaller company.....hence the lawsuits. Income is what matters and that comes from attaining and supporting customers. Without product validity what would be the reason to be involved with a micro company.
I'm looking for income in the Q's to follow as I have been all in for a number of years. I think we are partnered with some serious players and hope they and congress help to validate our company. Have a great weekend all.
