They cannot file a request for an Injunction with the Supreme Court. They can only file the Writ to ask the court to review the Judgment of the Federal Circuit Court Opinion. This is a long shot but it shows that SFOR believes the Federal Circuit was Regardless of whether they file or not, BUSINESS GOES ON with them and new deals will bear fruit (via revenue streams) over the next few Qs. IMO.
