I do believe Fine knows perfectly well how the warrants work and how to value them. She is intelligent. She knows.

But her short story sounds so much better ignoring that knowledge.
And I understand because, frankly, I feel that more than half of the investors are getting it.

The 26 cents calculation is easy to understand for anyone not knowing better. So she keeps using it.
