I would say approx a million shares to take out 3.1 million which is now off books, and adds over 3 mill to share holder equity and they get no dividend and they are restrickted is huge and I don’t have to let cash go out the door, very good, and this person waited more then 9 years and he loaned hard cash. Win win you ask me!
