Instagram has a new feature called "shadow banning" - SIGO should use this.
It blocks comments from annoying users, but they don't know it. Only SIGO and the annoying user see their comments - no one else!! Its a part of their anti-bullying initiative.
I can think of some folks they should apply this to immediately.
