Misiu, investing is not just about the science. It’s also about financials and (quality of) management. Do they perform, are they trustworthy, do they have “skin in the game” and things like that?
It would not be fair to potential investors to withhold them concerns about management just out of a (misplaced) sense of respect.
It has come to a point where some long and loyal shareholders have lost patience (and for good reasons imo).
And that is a shame.
