In combination with Carboplatin. It would be even more difficult to get patients to sign up for a trial with no approved drug when their life is ticking away (even if it comes with serious side affects). Leronlimab doesn't cure, it only stops metastasis (hopefully), so IMO will always be used with another drug/s.
