From this morning's PR:
An interesting part of the statement above is "opportunities with platinum equity"...
According to the PR, Platinum is still selling the offending test strip. DECN isn't saying anything about litigation against Platinum, rather, DECN is saying "opportunities" with Platinum Equity.
