Going to have to disagree with you in this one. An FDA advisory committee is not usually a requirement but called together by the FDA when there is confusion or concern. And its purpose is just that, to advise, not to mandate. If the FDA disagrees with the reasoning the committee used to come to their conclusion, they simply do not use their recommendation
