For the last week, I've been thinking about this new AMBS Operations LLC entity that was created to manage the assets of the holding company. I'm not aware of any assets currently under the holding company itself. I thought all assets were under the subsidiaries. Please let me know if that's not the case.

If it is the case, was the new subsidiary created to manage any future financial proceeds related to deals involving the assets of the other subsidiaries? Or perhaps they plan on acquiring more assets down the road which will be housed under this new sub. Any thoughts?
