If there is any chance of the lawsuits being heard by the Supreme Court, the share price should take off. First jump would be the decission, SFOR to file inthe next couple of days. If filed, and the courts decide to hear the case we should move up again. I'm only saying this because the PPS was crushed by te appelate court decission.

What I would love to see in the near future (at least by the next filing) are the deals that have been anounced to start start showing movement on the revenue front.
