Steve - you, as CEO of a publicly owned company, made some direct quotes in tweets, conference calls, newsletters and formal filings to the SEC regarding the present and future financial status of the company. Every single one of your statements has been preserved. Remember the one about looking for a new house to buy? That was a good one. There was no “in my opinion” attached to that one.... There are MANY, MANY more statements from you that could be classified as misleading or dishonest.
