Like I said before, Joe had a shell, a tax advantage and an idea, I think he's paying a premium, using glue or whatever he can find to hold it all together, knowing he just needs to start the engine burning on all cylinders, and it should take off by itself, then Joe will be a rich man, but Joe knows he can't do it alone, he needs the shareholders to stay with him, one way is to keep the information following, the other is to offer incentives (splits) and the last is lucky timing. Either this CC will be the icing on the cake for ore flight or a signal that the road is rocky, but that's why we're here.
