What is the estimated timeline for receiving the safety results required for the clinical portion of the filing? If we have yet to receive them, I can see that being something BP is waiting on. It is essentially the final piece to the combo puzzle? However, it is hard to believe that we are that close to a deal, given the current fundraising tactics (which may just be for good measure, and I would agree).
Still, I really think it is a disagreement on price and terms, therefore we will likely just have to wait until we receive the data and submit everything by EOM September...and then wait for approval.... and then sales results. But hey, IF there’s no deal by then, we are at the end of 2Q2020 sitting pretty, assuming managements forecasts are reached. If the science isn’t enough, proving we have the ability to go at it alone will be. If the science works in cancer(s) and by some miracle this company doesn’t get bought out, that’s when the term “story stock” really could come into play. So having to wait may be worth the while.
