$PSGR RECENT NEWS....well 'recent' is just a relative term. It has to be!!! Why else would the most RECENT NEWS from Pershing Resources refer to Wednesday, April 3, 2019 as 'Recent News'?
Pershing Resources Company, Inc...keeping its investors fully informed on a frequent basis!!! One can only presume that the next Recent News will occur sometime before the end of the year. I think I can possibly summarize the content: 'Pershing Resources is pleased to inform its investors that sometime in the future, something positive could possibly happen IF we are able to secure the necessary financing to continue to maintain the status of the company and pay its operational expenses. At this time, Pershing Resources has not completed the necessary surveys and studies to further advance the anticipated possible initiation of a study to study the possibilities of future studies. Additional cash will be necessary to fund the payments to operational personnel and the equipment necessary to study the studies. Pershing Resources may possibly have preliminary results for the studies of the studies sometime before 2024. Once the studies for the studies are studied, Pershing Resources will study how to raise additional funds to continue to fund the anticipated future studies'.
