QMC owes it to shareholders to keep us informed how things are progressing with the contractual milestones in clear, non-questionable language.
If Mr. Squires holds to his estimate of $7M to $10M in revenue for 2019 that means there's a lot happening in the next 5 months. However, history has shown us that we can't count on that coming to fruition.
