Well said Kilo, the man has a plan and he will execute it.  Anything that is regulatory takes time especially when it involves money.

This is the time to keep adding unless you have enough shares.  I always wonder where the shares come from that show up everyday. I think it is scare tactics to trick people into selling by the shorters but what do I know.
