what is interesting is that *trades* below 100 in size
don't register on the PPS .. just *volume* .. but note too
the change out on the ask .. (btw .. it is possible it's just
a *trade* .. but it could be 6+6 (12) .. 6x6 (36) ..
for a % based signal .. imo NR has been washing down sets
of trades for *volume* .. between 15k to 60k for weeks now)
this was the B/A with that trade @ ask 185 (NC 5000)
