Yes, they got some good results from biopsy less than 2 weeks in, see Fig 5D. We could get good results as early as 21 days in, seeing the ctc go below 5 is all it would take to convince me (and I'm sure some other shareholders). The 84 day estimate was the earliest estimate to convince the FDA to apply for breakthrough designation.
