Do you mean your bid was at .185 but you didn't get filled anyway? I've had that happen several times -- my bid was at or higher than the price that someone got filled at, but I didn't get filled, even though my bid had been sitting there for awhile.
It's really annoying when your bid is HIGHER than the trade that does go down.
