I read your post ;however it goes back to my POST which i see plp are ignoring.
EVERY time steve gets an order it has meet customers request.which cost money.its not like he bought a pillow co and just sells the pillow. He has to go back and redesign it.meet their needs.more meetings more testing etc
Costing MONEY time effort = DILUTION

While steve has paid off half the debt to buy cognesense. The real issue is he didnt buy a finished product and done with.each sale is like he has to now rebuild it to fit each customer..that costs money.now he has to modify this and that from language to size to updates to add on's etc.bottom line he not only has to pay for old product, he now has to practical build from start.hence no money to grow.yeah their is money ..however not enough to stop taking money from loan SHARKS. Hopefully stock can rise a little before next round of dilution
