I like the exposure of these facts but unfortunately it's "same old same old" for the MM's. Why change when there is virtually no benefit to them and every $$ incentive to continue business as usual? Only way to beat them is to execute the business plan successfully despite their manipulation!! Then they'll have to bend over and assume the position! Won't that be a wonder!!
