I believe that at this time plan was to go with 525 mg , but possibly with new test
ROT (Receptor Occupancy Test ) , things changed.
We really should know soon , maybe during CC.
As for IND for colon cancer you probably right , they waiting to do phase 1 with TNBC and hopefully with colon they go straight to phase 2.
Sound reasonable to me.
