I would sure bet they knew it. I seem to recall some have been yacking about this for a very long time. This isn't like a company PR where people don't know ahead of time about it.

You may get flippers joining but maybe they want to remain in the shadows, who knows. I can tell you it sure was interesting looking at Plaintiff Scott C. Hartmann trades.

They are currently hunting for a lead plaintiff and months to go on that. The whole thing would likely take 9-18 months if it even got certified as a class action. By that time, who cares. The legal firms do a bunch of these. How many even get to first base, I didn't bother to look. Reminds me of that saying, throw a bunch of poop at the wall and see what sticks.

Here's the two lawyers that were removed as counsel of record from the case and have 5 days to resolve. I would guess they would because I thought they previously had cases in California before.

There were two other lawyers including this one based in Cali. Maybe they needed some in state to help Plaintiff Scott C. Hartmann file?

Otherwise, I don't know if they bailed or you need 4 lawyers to litigate a big case like this with two whole Oracle 8-Ks that are as clear as day.

In their representations on the website, none of them mention these kind of silly lawsuits. Maybe it wouldn't look to professional?
