There are a bunch of these filed everyday against a lot of companies. That is why the "stunt" was a big old yawn.
The one on VERB is so silly, I could probably defend it with about 15 minutes of DD based on what was in the PR. Anyone probably could that knows how the partnership agreements work, what happens in the tech industry and read the complete filing. Not going to share any of it, but won't it be a surprise for them. That's why I think this was all about the PR.
But hey, if these legal firms want to waste a lot of money, go ahead. I guess once you figure out where you can practice law LOL.
I looked up the judges assigned. I'm can see they see a lot of these cases. Wait until they see the legal team doesn't even know where their lawyers can practice.
