I’m sorry but they are not going to take a break if there’s no other way to finance the company. They need money and they need it soon.
What to expect from the question?
He can not rule it out nor confirm there will be a next one.
If he does comfirm a follow up TO why should one participate NOW?
It would take away any reason to participate in this TO as there will be an another chance soon.
So that would almost guarantee a failed TO.
Also potential buyers of the shares on the open market might delay any buying (share price will stay under TO pressure, maybe share price will even get lower because of that).
I feel current shareholders will be better off not asking this question.
