What I remember from the PURA press releases was that they had to develop the formulation so that the 25mg of CBD would be stabile and I guess not settle or separate in the water. PURA May also have been waiting for KALY and NOUV to get up and running in TX because that seemed to be the catalyst to start the production. My question was more along the lines of how does CBD water fit in with GNBTs plans but the PR that was posted here seems to answer that.
