Dr. Anthony Fucci may not believe that a biotech company that is run by a non medical CEO could possibly come up with a cure or a better treatment for HIV. IMO, this same mindset might be inherent in the FDA beaurocracy. Call me crazy if you like, but in my dealings with medical doctors, they do not want to listen to you if you don't have a medical degree.
