Yes, and they have no case here, so it's obvious that the intent was very likely all about sparking a panic motivated sell off, coordinated with big blocks being sold short. Again, I don't think the float will allow it. I believe that too much of the float is locked up by solid long term investors with no intentions of selling at this time. Some movement can be expected, especially as bargain hunters will snatch up any cheap shares that foolhardy shorters toss out there, but small peanuts IMHO.
