Also everyone knows class action suits results in pennies on the dollar. I have been a party in class action suits for consumer things and ended up getting checks in the range of $10 or $25. Of course that is very different than stocks where someone may have invested tens of thousands of dollars. However I think in a stock case someone would be lucky to get ten cents on the dollar at most of what they claimed they lost. I could be wrong, I really don't know of any successful stock class action lawsuits of this nature. Well, traders settle for pennies on profits, makes sense they'd also be happy to get pennies out of some silly lawsuit. The problem is they don't have any case here.
