No not duplicate, but the implication that it can happen here, too, or why cite it? MOBL also has over 74% institutional ownership, which probably means it's on an index or two, as well. And that encourages more institutional ownership, which drives share price higher.
I think everyone knows that revenue is a key driver of share price. So is public perception about a company's future and we don't really have any of that. The problem with not engaging the public about the company is that the public hasn't heard of the company. Even if revenue increases as hoped, it's a tree falls in the forest situation.
Increase marketing and press exposure, buy back shares, dramatically increase earnings and then, 10X, 20X, here we come.
