I don't think the pps for the uplisting is going to be a problem, because NOT ONCE did Joe ever mention that anything depended on our getting the pps to a certain level. Several times he mentioned that there were exceptions to the requirements, so I read between the lines that since the rest of our financials are so strong, we might be given an exception to the pps requirement, if we come up a bit short.

Otherwise, it seems that the company would have said "as soon as we meet the pps requirement" we will apply. They did put a a lot of emphasis on the shareholder's equity requirement, which we more than qualify for, bigtime. Two conference calls ago they talked about the shareholder's equity requirement being the big non-negoatiable requirement. Not ever the pps.
