Exactly, and Doug Gillen's friends at RNDC are not only still interested in us for hemp products in 2020, but they're EXTREMELY interested in us for THC infused products following marijuana legalization at the federal level.
They know we can leverage our Rocky Mountain High trademark for wild success once that occurs. Well over half the population of the US wants recreationally legal MJ, so our Rocky Mountain High products will be major winners. Rocky Mountain High will become a household name!!
I recall seeing a dispensary in Colorado called Rocky Mountain High, but they're just a dispensary and regardless of whether or not they expand, they won't be able to market products that we've secured the RMH trademark for under the same brand name.
RMHB management is definitely doing the smart thing in securing the Rocky Mountain High trademark for as many products as they see having the potential for major success.
