I would try swab or interactive brokers. Or an investment bank. Or reach out to a hedge fund or a private investor...to get something in and started and try themselves the day they can buy in. I honestly think when the lights are turned on and the doors are unlocked (so to speak) it will be a mad house to get in...kinda like old school Black Friday days.
