I tend to agree with you, if you are the best at something all you have to do is focus on that. Think Five Guys vs McDonalds. McDonalds has a huge menu, Five Guys is just Burgers and Dogs but they do them exceptionally well.

They should identify there top 3 and focus on making them the best. Apple doesn’t sell printers anymore....there is a reason for that.
