Not sure about that as most European countries do not trade or provide access to the OTC markets, period. I have a number of friends in England / Spain / Holland who I have told about UNVC - they all approached their brokers and were told they cannot buy North American penny shares. The only possible way to do it was open a brokerage account in the Bahamas...
