While I think about it,last August's Term Sheet was for B-IBD.
This new Term Sheet is for B enema,foam etc.and negotiating rights for other IBD indications,NOT B-OM.
Since Leo has been clear that it is not IPIX's intention to move a compound all the way to market by themselves,it leads me to wonder if there is another "Deal" being worked on concurrently for B-OM since preparations have been made or in progress both here and in Europe for the B-OM trials.
