I was trying to make the connection of when the Term Sheet is signed and "finalizing a Definitive Agreement" and those two sources helped to clarify it.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if the signed Term Sheet from last August was actually "reworked and re-negotiated" to become what IPIX has now.I say that because of all the "positioning" and product development advances as well as the interaction with the EMA,etc.that has taken place since last August.
Of course it could be a different suitor but if not,then this new Term Sheet and final agreement could happen very quickly as both parties (by now) would be very familiar with each other and "on the same page"setting up plans for moving towards market approval now globally.
