Here's the thing. If you spent 100,000 dollars to buy a NYSE stock you probably will make 105k over time (years) even with current status, filings, and news. However if you buy this pennystock for a much smaller amount of cash you could possibly have a life changer that could happen sooner than you ever dreamed possible. May become an NYSE stock.
