It's no wonder there's been no sales. There's only 2 shareholders at the moment. Outstanding shares: 51,893,861. Of those, the CEO has all but 250k, which are held by Vorteil Holdings. Those were issued in May of last year as a conversion for a note. As of the filing I've found, all of the 51 million and change shares are listed as restricted at this time.
