RJS, I get your point but here is what should happen based on all of our consensus math here. Since we all agree that there should only be a 13% reduction in the stock price due to dilution then your $100,000 worth of stock would be worth $87,000 x 2 because now you would have double the stock with the 1:1 divvy or a total of $174,000. Reality would dictate that we will probably see more than a 13% reduction in stock price but math is on our side.
