RJS, with those figures in mind, then I calculate a 13% reduction after the divvy. So let's say the pps is $5, then post divvy, the pps should be $4.35. (60m shares/69m shares=87% or a 13% reduction post divvy).
So, in other words our stock price spread over the new outstanding shares of 69m would equal 87% of the previous price.
