OJ, I agree with everything tc said. I would only add one caveat. If I remember correctly, 10/31 was an arbitrary date set by mgmt. If they are making progress toward uplisting, why can't they arbitrarily set a new date for the divvie.
Does it really matter if you have 10K shares at 3.00 or 20K shares at 1.50? Personally, I would like to see the additional shares in the float with a NASDAQ uplisting. That might create a little more interest on the institutional side.
