Ok, I made contact with someone at corporate concerning the trademark application by CBD Life in California, which was part of my "digging". I was just given permission to share this because it's not considered material information.

I was told that representatives from CBD Life were in Dallas overseeing preparations for their first 2 million can production run. With everything that CBD Life is working on, they wouldn't be taking the time to do that if they weren't very near pulling the trigger! The excitement in the wheelhouse is running high!
