Let's talk audits. Audits are a complete waste of time & money
for a Pinksheet stock & will not make a blind bit of difference unless
you are a "Q" qualifiable stock.Nearly all Pinksheet stocks are unaudited
and no one expects a Pinksheet stock to have audited financials, in fact it is the very reason small/start up Co's go on the Pinksheets in the first place to avoid the huge financial burden that a full audit would incur. Money is better spent growing the Co. not satisfying the whims of certain fickle shareholders.
At the appropiate time & place audits are good to move up to a higher board. It's a myth that audits are a magic wand to make every problem go
away & this is neither the time or place for it.
