I think funding has been an issue too, especially with the fda requiring more mono safety patients for the combo BLA on February 1st. Adding the 160 patients on to the mono trial would take presidence over tnbc. The note given at the end of Jan took out most of the remaining shares available to sell until the TO. They sold some preferred to keep the lights.
