i decided to just let it go. the ads could have been two spots on the qvc channel at 3am. that would technically make for a truthful statement. the fact that SB couldn't/ wouldn't tell us what channel to tune in, tells me the ads are no longer running. the nda is the thing that sticks in my craw, there was no need to tell that lie. with all the other quick draw announcements, i guess this is just sop. for this guy. i sure wouldn't want him to be responsible to let me know a relative died, he'd claim nda and i wouldn't find out for years. jmo
