Those shorting IPIX I'm sure never intended to allow the short to grow as big as it has. I'm sure they expected to be able to convince longs to sell and just the opposite has happened, longs continue to accumulate. They were in trouble when management went after MAKO and the hit piece that was full of lies. They tried the class action which failed badly although I would still like to see damages for the damages that they contributed to and you never know perhaps we still will.
