haha yeah i saw that. That was wishful thinking, why pay them off at this point could of done that at any point up until today if he wanted to. I doubt the C brothers institution has plenty for early payoff..well maybe it does who knows what the stipulations entail.
Didn't DB say something like 110 mill gets to hit the market today which if true isn't all that much and should be absorbed rather quickly.

If Steve's going to start buying on the open market, no better time then now.
